How I can help

I know firsthand that raising teenagers is already a masterclass in patience — throw
exams into the mix and suddenly you deserve a medal! (and possibly a lie-down).

The support I offer parents involves a two-tiered approach:
 

How to help yourself:

Learning how to become more present and centred, understanding the ripple effect and the ARC model. Recognising our trigger pattern and learning how to focus on the present moment in order to bring clarity to our thoughts and actions.
 

How to help your child:

Recognising when to step in and when to hold back. Putting support systems in place from study leave onwards.
