Mindful Student
9 week structured programme based on the Mindfulness In Schools Project. This is a fun & engaging course. We learn practical strategies to help steady the body leading to a less reactive mind.

9 week exam preparation course involving understanding fear & negative chatter and learning techniques to help us feel steadier under pressure - both in revision sessions on study leave as well as in the exam hall.
I also work with small groups
(eg young carers) and on an individual basis.

Mindful Staff

INSET/Twilight sessions.

Learning about our own habitual behaviours and how to support our own work/life balance.

Learning strategies to help ourselves and our students in the classroom.

Recognising where to anchor mindful moments into our
daily timetable using
anxiety mapping.
Mindful audit of the whole school.
This involves an audit of the physicality within the school grounds as well as within the school buildings leading to a detailed report of findings and implementations to help create a more mindful environment.
I also work with individual members of staff who are struggling with class dynamics/difficult cohorts as well as redressing work/home balance.

Mindful Parents
Termly workshops (lasting one hour) to help parents understand the link between their own thoughts & behaviours and those of their children.
